I’ve had all my property insurance with Anna Brantley and Griffin Insurance for over 10 years. Fortunately, I’ve never had to file a claim until just recently. My windshield got chipped while traveling within the city and I contacted Anna and her team to get advice on filing a claim. They asked me relevant questions relating to the incident and said they would handle it from there. I spoke with the Griffin Team on this matter late Monday afternoon and by 9:00 AM the next morning, Tuesday, the windshield repair company had contacted me by phone to schedule a repair at my place of work.
