It’s great having a real person to talk to when I call or email with an issue. Sara was extremely helpful, first when I moved to Savannah, GA, then when my initial insurance agreement expired, and then again when just a month later I decided to purchase a brand new vehicle. She contacted me to let me know she’d be exploring cheaper options for me once my agreement expired and never has taken long to respond to my emails. (Sometimes even when they are sent far past normal business hours, which admittedly was selfish on my part) Overall Sara is a phenomenal agent and has made me feel like a VIP throughout our business relationship. I live 4 hours from Albany now, but have no desire to explore any of the local companies here.

Been trying to cancel my insurance with this company for almost 4 months now and they are still trying to charge me when I have had insurance with another company for 4 months. They will not cancel and are still trying to charge me for there insurance that I do not need or want. And now are threatening to turn me over to collections for non-payment I have perfect credit and intend to keep it one way or another.

Excellent Insurance agent, very responsive to emails and requests for certificates, Alli always go the extra mile to make sure I have the coverage, even contacting the people that are requesting the certificate to see the details of the request. Great service.
