The ladies here are always happy and helpful. Sometimes my auto pay and auto checking deposits don't line up due to weekends, holidays, and what not they are always happy to postpone payment, if need be, til my checks clear. When that happens I like to pay my bill in person and the office girls are always quick, polite, and happy to help and your in and out in less than five minutes.

Gave this place numerous chances. Went from straight up signing our documents FOR US, to just lying about payment arrangements/coverage/due dates. Really bad office. The person who recommended me to this office now has the same treatment I've been through.

This place is such a rip off staff sucks I called and cancelled my insurance three months ago when I got rid of my car and then the following month I got another bill so I call them again and explain. Too them that I called and cancelled there service when I traded my car in and they told me they will give the guy greogry the message and he will be calling me waited a week and still no call so I call back and he’s not in and they say the same thing they will give him the message, so I call again the next day and they say he will be in later so I call back later and leave a message because he’s not in and so this month I receive another bill , so I emailed them telling them that I canceled there service and even called them and still nothing .. good thing I found a lawyer too file against t

We have had this insurance company for afew years. Excellent customer service and support. The staff is great and i would definitely Recommend their services to Anyone.
