I have been a customer of State Farm since the early 1980's and I have always been happy with the level of service that was provided, especially by Greg Thomas' agency in Middletown, NJ. In particular Ginger has been extremely friendly and helpful. Every time I called for a question, she was quick in providing an accurate and detailed answer. And often she provided her own advice based on her extensive experience with the insurance business. Highly recommended.

Jose has been very helpful on various tasks/questions in the past. Today he answered all my questions and concerns regarding to the use of the safe driving and save program. He was patient and very informative as well as sharing good advices. He has done an excellent job. Afterwards, I followed up by downloading the app and installed the deacon on my car. Been a customer here almost 10 years. Taking more than 3 months so far to process a refund of more than $600. Spoke to everyone in this office and after 2 months of waiting. They mail me a check for 10x the amount (almost $7,000!), a State Farm Customer Service representative on the phone tells me it's safe to deposit!! (It wasn't ! ) Told for the 4th time since new years that the correct check has been mailed. This is after they put $7,000 in my hands and I had to inform them of this mistake. Received an automatic increased adjustment to my rate before I even received a credit! Customer Service has no idea what they are talking about and are simply there to answer your calls while the office is closed, and shouldn't even be bothered with.
