Gregg has been my mom‘s insurance agent for 23 years. After she experienced a series of health problems that prevented her from being able to take care of things herself, he worked with us with patience, diligence and care in getting her roof replaced. Gregg and Madeline were always very kind and listened with compassion and did everything in their power to assist us in resolving our claim. I would highly recommend Gregg!

It has become ridiculous with insurers and what they deem as coverage. Was told for years the roof was fine, some years left in it, not replaceable. Current trends in deciding if roofs are sellable on a home for sale is about THE AGE of the roof. If roof is 8+ years old, minor damage, very hard to sell. We had to replace roof out of pocket in order to sell. State Farm would not deem it totaled or needed replacing, and age of roof, "poor" condition of it as inspected by roofer who said had few more years convinced buyers to insist on new roof. ASK YOUR REALTOR about this roof age issue. Considering leaving State Farm after decades of using.
