Greg Lauck - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had to us the State Farm Roadside Assistance app for the first time last week. I have never had such amazing service to make sure I was safe throughout the process of waiting for the tow truck. I was a former AAA customer and Subaru roadside assistance customer. Both of these companies actually had me in unsafe situations. In one case it was 11pm, on a rural highway and aaa let me know they could not get anyone there until 1am maybe 2am. And Subaru, I was on the median on I5, sent a guy in a 40 year old van that he lived in, totally unsafe. So I was wary when I used the State Farm app. And boy was I wrong. From the minute I sent my request for assistance they were checking in constantly, making sure I was safe, checking back with the tow company when they were late, and checking back as

Amazing team, amazing office. They really are accessible in terms of helping you out. And they also keep you updated as well if you had any changes to your policy. Had the pleasure of always being accompanied by Rebecca, she's amazing would recommend her to anyone. Glad I got out of my old insurance and found these guys! :)

I have had State Farm insurance with Greg and his team for over 16 years. I can always depend on their amazing service. Sandra, especially, is always responsive to my requests for insurance certificates when we win new business. She is fast, thorough, and always so friendly. I highly recommend them!

The other day coming home from treatment I had a fender bender so to speak. A car cut in front of me no signal and we may contact. It was totally the other driver's fault. Pulled over exchanged information. Got home and call Greg. He was awesome he took my information and this being my first accident, he was very understand. A couple hours later I got a call from the investigator or the claims adjuster not sure which. Told him my side of the story apparently he had already heard the other side of the story and there was no claim. Everything was taking care of same day. As there was no damage to my car there was nothing else to be done. State Farm did an awesome job.
