*updated…. Mr. Cockerell himself called me to apologize & explain how the claims work on a roof. He went through and showed me on the pictures how I did not qualify for a new roof according to the stipulations the claim dept requires. I appreciate his personal touch and hate I reacted on this review so quickly after 40 years of heartfelt care from this office…. They really are the best at customer service! Thank you Greg & ladies! I have been with State Farm for 40 years and have always been very pleased. It was a "family atmosphere" and very personable. The ladies were always so helpful with anything I had, but now I don't feel I am being looked out for after the hurricane that passed through did damage to my roof and ceiling (leakage) and they won't pay to fix it. My agent was amazing! I had to make my first claim and my agent along with the claims team made it pretty simple for me. They were good at answering my questions without getting upset, and even showed sympathy for incident. This team is great👍

If I could rate 2024 and this agency lower than a 1/5, that is EXACTLY what I’d do. Never in my life have I received such awful customer service. One would think that if you’re paying for a service, you’d receive some degree of customer service and help. Not the case. I went through a recent separation and needed to have a new policy created. Cheri called and quoted my new premiums and I was blown away. They more than doubled. I have never had an accident, nor have I had a moving violation in more than a decade. The response I got was; “it’s a Cadillac.” Correct. It is. But this is my third Cadillac and I’m nearly 40. Been using this place for years. They have the sweetest staff! I have had to make a few claims and have never had an ounce of trouble in doing so. They are a well established office that has been around for years with a lot of experienced agents in the office which makes this this the best place to get insurance in TXK in my opinion.

I recently got a loan through this branch and Merissa Henry helped me out, and she done an outstanding job, she got me a quote super fast, stood by me when things didn't go exactly as planned and continued to help even after hours. Definitely an amazing experience. I highly recommend her services.
