Everything went very smoothly. All the women in the office are friendly and helpful. Ivy Charleston was very nice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Don’t know why I didn’t see reviews before going to this office. I called to get a quote and the young lady asked a couple of questions. When asked my SS number I was hesitant and was hung up on. I called back and she was rude and I stated it’s a scary world to give out SS and she became quite unprofessional. She hung up again I called back and asked for the manager. The lady said I’m the manager Ivy. I asked why the bad treatment she stated because I cursed out the other personnel. I stated that is not true and she was like, “I was right next to her and she hung up. I went to the office with my son because I really need a quote. When the young lady took my ID she proceeded to say”oh you are the girl on the phone” I stated, I am the woman that was on the phone and I just referred for a pol

If you need insurance don't hesitate to see them been using them for 20yrs ivy is the best and will accommodate you to the best of her abilities

Wish I could give zero star! Do not recommend this place! So unorganized and unprofessional! For the last 3 weeks they been closed on Saturdays however the website stated otherwise. I came 2 weeks ago on a Saturday closed for Memorial Day weekend okay and they stated they would be closed June 1st again for whatever reason. Here is today JUNE 8th closed again!! But when I asked to get email insurance couldn’t do that! They were persistent I had to come in! Pretty hard working a Monday to Friday when your off days you say you’re open but are NOT!! Who’s running this place????!!!!!
