I had a really great experience with Green Oak Insurance Agency. From the beginning, everyone was friendly and professional. What really stood out to me was how helpful my agent, Aolany was throughout the whole process.

Horrendous service! Called to speak my agent was redirected to the insurance agency directly and then back to green oak and back and forth. Finally issued a refund with additional fees I was not aware of and was sent to collections. I called and was hung up on and given attitude when they did answer. unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone even at free price point. I wouldn't eve rate it one star but had no choice in order to post this.

My experience with Green Aok Insurance is very satisfactory, especially the attention I receive from Aolani. She's phenomenal and always looks for ways to help me with my policies. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 10.
