This is not the first time I have called and no one answers. It's a chronic over the years problem. This time called at 9:30am on a Thursday. Google and hours say open. Yet, 50 min go by and no call back. So, it's not that Jamie is on the line with another client. The whole point of using an insurance agent is convenience. Clients that need an agent, need a professional to answer the phone, identify the clients needs, and meet that need with the best priced product available. Because, those ppl are busy. On the other hand people that have time to fiddle around, can go online, create accounts, and get quotes and products that way.
