I had not received my annual bill for homeowners' insurance before being told by another agent at another agency that they could get me better coverage for less premium. Turned out not to be the case and I met with Roxanne three days before my policy would lapse. We met twice and she was able to - by calling underwriting- then faxing them a withdrawal to my discontinuance notice to North Star to get it renewed on the last day of coverage!
