Had a horrible experience here. I was a customer for a few years, and my insurance carrier was no longer serving the state of MI. My representative told me to wait to get a policy, as I was having improvements done that could get me a better rate. When it wasn’t going to be done in time, I asked for a quote. When I asked to proceed with the quote, she then had a bunch of questions for me. I was coming up to the end of my policy, so I was not pleased that all the back and forth waited until the last minute. She then told me that due to a claim, there was an issue with the policy. She was not at all helpful, given the fact that I was about to be uninsured. She had zero sense of urgency or concern about this. I should’ve been told earlier that the recommended policy wouldn’t cover me. I will

Uses scare tactics as a method to maintain customers. Will threaten increased rates and fees. I wouldn't recommended this aggressive company to anyone.
