Do not use this company. After obtaining workers comp insurance through them and it is gross miss communication and we were charged monies we were not told we would have to pay. Then I was told by Geoff he would only talk to my husband even though I am the owner of the business. I will attach ALL documents below, including timelines. You will see from the below verification it was mentioned an audit would be done after the term is over “as is the process”. Geoff, and the team at GRBM, have been amazing partners throughout the years. They have helped us navigate the waters of insurance in NYC - which as a general contractor can be very murky! They are always available to answer questions and help us understand the intricacies of Contract insurance language, Building requirements, and have immensely improved our understanding of coverage and risk. We work with Geoff most often for business insurance, but have also had the pleasure of working with Gary as well for our personal insurance needs, and other staff members. No matter how little I understand, no matter how may times over the last several years I've asked the same question, they have always treated me with the utmost respect, never making me feel guilty or like I'm wasting their time. GRBM has been helpful the entire time I've used them. They offer a great price on liability insurance and at one point when I thought I had been cancelled they called and told me it was not the case, which saved me a substantial amount of mkney and time. Good company!
