This has been the worst experience I’ve had with an insurance agency in the last 10 years. 1) it’s hard to get in contact with anyone when I call. 2) when they do answer the phone, they usually can’t answer my question and never reach back out in a timely manner/ AT ALL!! Still waiting on my call back from when I spoke with Grayson personally 6 months ago. I spoke with a lady today and it went great until she failed to reach back out like she said she would. They have not been helpful at all. Customer service should always be priority.

Donna was impressive at how she handled switching myself and my families accounts! It was a lot and she found problems with existing policies, found lower rates and made it a painless transition to Grayson Thomas Agency.

I have over half a million of business with Grayson Thomas Agency, yet they always handle it with ease, and still keep that friendly, familiar, hometown feel. They always return my calls promptly, and keep an eye on my accounts, sometimes letting me know if payment is due and possible cancellation looming even before I've noticed it. Donna is my rep; She is always on top of it. And Grayson, the owner, knows his customers by name.

Donna has always been so helpful and has many years of experience in insurance! Anytime I have an issue, she has been responsive and very informative!
