Gould Insurance

I've used Gould for years for all types of insurance and they always get the job done even when dealing with very difficult mortgage companies, dealerships, etc.

I moved all of my business policies to Gould Insurance last year and have nothing but great things to say. Their customer service is fantastic. It’s great to be able to talk to a knowledgeable agent when I have questions. They respond quickly and efficiently. It’s been a great change from my former company. As a business owner I could not be happier!

Came to Gould’s insurance for a policy for my wedding venue! I wound up going in even though I could do it online and loved my experience! Everyone was so welcoming and I learned a lot about what I should need and didn’t need! The price was perfect too! Anyone planning a wedding should give them a call.

I sent in a request for an auto quote about 2 weeks ago. I got an email back requesting a copy of current policy. I sent that back and was basically told a couple days. I followed up 2 days later and was told either by the end of the day or on Monday. Still nothing. I have colleagues who have not heard anything back at all after asking for a quote. 2 stars for the employee being friendly. Their follow through appears to be lacking.
