​If you’re looking for an insurance guy who actually picks up the phone and knows his stuff, go see Anthony Selvaggi in Willowbrook. ​I moved all my policies over to him—car, renters, umbrella, and even my commercial property insurance—and it’s been the best move.

I’m sure no one seeks out to write a good review, but anyone seeking insurance can do better on their own. Like others in here, our mortgage broker recommended this place and we went with it for home/auto and got a good rate through Nat Gen the first year. As the years passed, it was always impossible to talk to an agent and my only annual inquiry was to obtain an electronic version of my insurance cards. I regret the 5 years I wasn’t closely monitoring my rates because I could have saved a fortune. The only positives are that I never had to file a claim through them and Josh the customer service agent who was so kind, swift, supportive and communicative with my policy cancellation.

My house and car insurance was expiring and up for renewal. I called Anthony Selvaggi for a quote and he was very attentive and saved me money. Whenever I have a question I always get an immediate response. He even helped me with out of state homeowners insurance.

It started off fine. They were able to secure me a good rate on both home and auto after I bought my home. They also were able to find me a good rate on home and auto a year later after my rates shot up and I needed to switch. The trouble came when my home policy was cancelled by the 2nd rate insurance company they put me with (National General). The insurance company cancelled my policy for a claim I made in 2019 on a home in another state! I contacted my agent for help and I received some communication back but eventually it was radio silence. I moved on to a different agency. I recommend staying away from this place. Either they don't care or they don't have enough agents to handle the amount of work their taking on. Either way you're going to suffer.
