Susan Whitmire is by far, the most professional and dedicated Insurance Agent we have ever worked with. Our previous agent ghosted us when our home policies were not going to be renewed. Ultimately we were uninsured for a short time and we had to find a new agent. Luckily, we found Susan, she jumped right into action and turned over every stone to get the right policy for our home. Most informative personable Insurance agent I have ever delt with. She more than I expected, I got much more coverage and lowered my annual premium significantly! I do not normally stick my neck out to recommend someone, but this is someone that will shoot you straight and communicate the coverage that you are getting, and she also asks questions to help understand what you need.

Spencer Seay was amazing during business hours and some times outside of business hours she didn't hesitate on making sure everything was completed. Very very nice person.
