I have been trying to get a hold of my agent, Ricky Phillips my bank had tried to get a hold of him. I cannot get any paperwork done without him answering. I have called several times during the last two weeks I waited on hold for him for 45 minutes and then I called back and waited another 40 and then I got another 30 minutes all in one day I keep getting an AI called Lily. I do not want you as my agent anymore if you cannot take care of me, I’ve been trying for a week. My bank has tried three times .
