I have never experienced such quick & friendly customer service!! My Mortgage lender recommended me to Goosehead insurance, specifically Austin Moss, when we just could not find a normal priced quote for my home & auto bundle that i was searching for. When I reached out to Austin, he almost immediately responded & got to work finding me the best quote. He got my car insurance WAYY lower than i have ever seen it (which is big because i 1) used to be a speed devil & 2) i am 24 years old, about to get married, & buying a house) & he also got our homeowners insurance down to the best price after reaching out to 3 other insurance brokers!! We are so thankful for Austin’s determination to find us the best quote that he possible good with exactly the coverage we needed ( & a little extra) & doin

I've been with the agency for about 2 years now since I purchased my home. Service was great in the beginning but everytime I call to get a quote to shop around with other companies within the agency, I never get a call back or follow-up. I called in November to get a quote for my homeowners insurance and again in February for my auto insurance. I guess at this point the only thing to do is switch insurance companies to some place with better customer service.
