Goosehead Insurance - Melonie Jeffrey

I was able to get insurance that I could afford. Melonie was helpful as far as that goes. That's why I was able to give 3 stars. I had some questions after that but she never answered emails or phone calls. I don't think I've ever felt completely ghosted by a company that wants my money. If I could rate customer service differently, that would be zero stars.
