Goosehead Insurance - Kylie Kroeplin

Listen to all of the other 1 star reviews here. I'm not really sure how this branch or company operates with Kylie being completely unreachable ever. Get in an accident? Good luck trying to contact her. Want to cancel your insurance? Still can't reach her. I would like to have her job, where apparently you don't have to do anything. Now my payment is late for my auto insurance, since she won't help me cancel. And my home insurance is still through the roof. I would rather not have any insurance, compared to this one.

I needed to switch providers because of a large increase for a new 16yr old driver. Kylie found me way better rates and helped with all the logistics of moving insurance. Highly recommend

UPDATE: I got a reply to this review - before anyone at this agency attempted to contact me back. 2 emails, 4 voicemails, over 10+ phone calls. Unreal. If someone doesn’t contact me this is going to get escalated even further. Have been attempting to hear back from Kylie per the phone number on the form i’ve been receiving. Has never returned a call. Have left 4 voicemails with no reply over a month. Tried the main Goosehead line and they said to notify the local servicer instead. Now i’ve been sent to collections for a filing error on gooseheads part. Horrible communication and customer service.

Kylie has been a great resource for not only myself but for all of my clients who have been looking at insurance! She is quick to respond and her team has been able to answer questions, get quotes and even help with situations. I would recommend her and I am also quick to send any friends, family and clients who are needing insurance services to her!
