I have been ignored and neglected from both Brandon and Jory. The insurance company they originally signed me with ended up cancelling my policy. Nobody from Goosehead was proactive in finding me a new policy and my mortgage company ended up charging me for having a lapse in coverage. When Brandon finally found me another company, they ended up costing way more than I had budgeted and now I’m paying over $200 a month to my mortgage company from my previous payments. I’ve called and emailed Brandon desperately seeking to find me lower rates and he passed me on to Jory. Jory told me that he’s busy with other customers and couldn’t assist me and to email him. I’ve emailed him multiple times with no response. I even CCd Brandon on the emails to get Jory to respond to no avail. I need cheap
