Good's Insurance Agency

I was with Good Insurance for a full year and this company has been nothing but a headache. They randomly tried to raise my rate, never found me a better price, and constantly messed up basic things. They would forget to remove my one-day rentals from my policy, push everything into “underwriting issues,” and then try to blame Progressive for their own mistakes. After talking directly to Progressive, it was clear the problem was Good Insurance the entire time. They refuse to connect you with another manager, their customer service is unprofessional, and nobody takes responsibility for anything. This is a very disappointing insurance company and honestly they shouldn’t even be in business. Save yourself the time and frustration and stay far away.

Absolutely awful customer service for new clients. Terrible at returning emails or follow ups. Wasted 2 weeks of my time to get a quote and all I got was a good luck email. They have listed multiple insurance company’s but apparently only attempted to get a quote from one and gave up. Try anywhere else before wasting your time with this company.

Shannon Turns is our agent and she's great! She is very responsive, quick, friendly, and professional. I don't think you can ask for a better agent. I made many calls and emails and she always responds quickly. Trucking is hard enough she makes it easier!

First of all I am a new owner/operator that was looking for apportioned Trucking Insurance for the first time!
