Goldsborough Independent Insurance Services

We have dealt with Goldsborough for many years. We have worked with two separate agents (our first retired). Both have been excellent to deal with, clear in their explanations of how our policies will work, and unhurried in answering questions. On the few occasions we have needed to file a claim, each has guided us through the process with caring and expertise. They have also been very helpful in offering alternative plans when one turns up that is more advantageous for us.

I like how they listen to the customer and offer helpful suggestions. They explain things in a way that makes it easy to understand. I've always found them to be very trustworthy in every way, recommending only what is in our best interest. The people there are very nice, too. I highly recommend this agency.

I highly recommend Tyler W. It was obvious he not only liked his profession, but was great at it too. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in providing price comparisons against the specifics of my current home, liability and auto insurances. He was patient in answering all my questions about various scenarios. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for insurance for the first time, or considering switching insurances.
