Goldman & Associates Insurance Financial Services

Got hit with a similar scam call today from Goldman Financial Associates so decided to look the business up and lo and behold-- I found out I'm not the only one. The Owner of this business is absolutely amazing and so genuinely personable. I feel terrible she is dealing with all of this fraud. She recommended a few alternatives to me and wished me well. I live in California, but if I loved in MA, I would absolutely use her services. She seems like a fabulous person to do business with and has exceptional customer service skills.

Spoke with the owner and whe was incredibly delightful. I called because I was contacted by "Electronic Document Processing", which claimed that I had court documents to be served by "Goldmann and Associates". This was a scam call- and likely the reason for any negative review you may see on this page. They have nothing to do with the reputable company Goldman & Associates. My heart aches that such a kind person and business owner has been put through the ringer like this, having to take time away from her business to deal with all these scam calls that folks are being hit with. Yes I would like share my experience with a rude female that answered the phone along with a rude male that answered the phone….first of all they was rude by the tone of their voice…second they like too hang up in your face mid sentence as you try to explain to them that you are not the person they are calling for….and just overall if I could go less than 1 I would it would have been a negative 5…so Goldman financial you need to reconsider the people you got working for you and it also lets me know what type of business you all are…thank you
