I have been working with Dan for several months prior to the storms in March. After the March 13th storms I turned in to our insurance company a claim for a considerable amount of damage. The insurance company covered the damage and then dropped us. Dan and I had already been working on finding a new insurance company so when our old company notified me that they were dropping us, Dan immediately picked up the ball and got us covered with a new company. He made the transition very easy, he is very thorough, and went through detailed information regarding our new policies.
