Worst customer service I’ve ever had! I wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone! Anytime I call I’m on hold for 20+ minutes before even getting answered

GoAuto is not satisfactory for my budget. I was paying $75 a month just for liability on an 18 year old truck. I had a parking lot fender bender and now I am paying $142 a month for liability. My driving record is perfect other than the fender bender.

It is very reasonably priced for my income and there were a couple of ways to pay for my premiums that made it easy to budget into when I could pay and I loved that. Makes it very helpful. Thanks GoAuto

Don't have there insurance but I'm sure they will not answer your claim in a timely manner I was hit by there driver and still have yet to receive anything from rental or my 1000 dollar deductible if it wasn't for me being resilient and doing what I have to do for my job I could lose without a car and me buying my own rentals I would have lost my job but hey that's go auto be careful when it comes to go auto they don't do the right thing there crooks

Was there to early renew my insurance and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The clerk was very courteous.
