One star but they don’t deserve that, they gave me a quote for the third vehicle and when I wanted to pay it was double the money , they still took the payment,when I asked them to cancel it they canceled the whole policy for the other vehicles too that’s been on the policy for months now and I didn’t know anything about it. Now two months later I get a letter from DMV of course regarding penalties for driving without insurance, on the top of that GoAuto didn’t refund they money for the vehicle that I didn’t want to add to the policy and they didn’t refund the money for the my policy that they cancelled. For the last week the same lady in Kenner office that made this mass been telling me that they have an IT problem and they cannot refund my money at this moment and I have to wait ,yesterd

Low priced insurance. I got a good deal but you do have to shop around but I suggest to start with them. Friendly people. Clean environment. Last time I renewed Car insurance with them the upper Branch gave me a call to check out how things were with the staff. Always a good deal. Machine in lobby makes it easy to pay. These people DO NOT pay their claims! If you are involved in an accident with one of their insureds, make sure you take photos and do your own investigation because they look for reasons NOT to pay. They tell you one thing and do another. You have to call them for updates and they WILL leave your car in a storage facility and rack up the bill, only to tell you they are NOT paying it!

A bunch of retards that has no customer service skills and understanding at all... They are unable to take your account information correctly over the phone, you tell them on thing that put something else in the system for notes, and they are rude as hell from the late night call center to make payments to the so called district manager , however she got that position... Maybe they should start selling more then auto insurance...
