4 only cause they won’t answer their stupid phones when you call customer services. Stay on hold for 4 hours. Love my rate that is quoted, but I still on hold and ain’t got my registration unsuspended. Taking my business elsewhere where.

My adjuster has not been reachable in 2 months. I was hit by a go auto insured. I was assigned cooper in Baton Rouge area. She’s rude, does not return calls and hung up in my face refused to take my call. I called from my other phone she answered and hung up as I was asking for her supervisor. She needs a new job. Customer service is not her area, if her leader is reading this I’m requesting a call. She’s terrible -Ashley Seaton

Not good company isn't whats its cracked up to be at all

I was just in this location today to pick up my ID renewal.. when I walk in the door to employees were on the phone they had a Stanley steemer steaming in there ..they didn't look like they was open. I spoke when I walk in the door they was supposed to speak first but no response.. so I stood there good for 5 minutes.. I was about to leave but they finally asked me do I need to make a payment instead of saying hello how are you... That location is the worst.. those ladies do not know anything about customer service but I will never go back in that location again... If I could talk to their superiors and let them know how they act I would... Just straight awful..

Saturday 8/4/2024 I signed up for insurance so that we could leave the dealership with my daughter car! On Monday, I decided that this policy wasn’t in her best interest, so we went in another direction. I called to cancel the policy and was told no refunds. How is this possible if the company hasn’t fulfilled their agreement with a consumer? Is this legal?
