HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I LITERALLY JUST SWITCHED INSURANCE BECAUSE I SPENT 3 HRS ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR ANY REPRESENTATIVE TO HELP ME PAY AND RENEW MY POLICY!!!! YES I SAID IT 3HRS ON HOLD "TO PAY" AND NOBODY EVER ANSWERED...IF TAKING MY PAYMENT IS A HASSLE IMAGINE LOOKING FOR ANY HELP!!!!!
