GMB Agency

My fiancee and I rented from this agency for a year and 6 months. We regret that decision. Very ignorant people. The receptionist is one of the most hateful people I have ever met, she always has a bad attitude. We were swindled out of time and money. All this agency cares about is money, and they are very selfish. They tried to get a 2nd security deposit out of us, stating that they "lost" the first one... what?? Luckily I had proper documentation that they did receive it. If you are smart, stay away from this agency and their staff!

If I could give Basko Agency a negative 5 star review I would. Multiple times I was lied to when living in his apt about parking space. We were told to park in the side yard and then cops told us that he has been notified plenty of times that no one was to park there. Every time we had issues with our apt it took gerald forever to get it fixed. When we moved in the ceiling fan had atleast 1/2 an inch of dirt on it, and our sink in the bathroom had rusty pipes that was just snapped in half. After we let everything go and we cleaned our apt, the agency showed people into the apartment while we were not home and he did not have out permission. He refused to give our deposit back so we are forced to send a letter back and possibly take legal action. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS AGENCY

Very rude and unprofesional along with all staff . Blocks in business when yiu rent store front disappears for weeks gets hacked alot ( so said) doeant any communicatiions email call texts facebook loses alot vwry unorganized will not rwnt or recomend

Seems to really rush you into buying as well as seems way to quick to take money like have another motive or agenda. I felt swindled.
