Miss Elizabeth from the Jimmy Carter location it was wonderful explaining all the different options that I could have as a client with my future insurance and the pros and cons of them. I really appreciate her kindness and customer support, I highly recommend the location and her services.

I have been with this company for the past 6 years and they WERE great. Lately it is soo hard to get a hold of anyone , they always say different amounts when you are asking for quotes, then when they are super busy they say they will call you back 3 days go by and nobody gives you a call back. Their customer service has gone down terribly. I will be looking into changing companies because this place sucks.

Customer service is awesome. I had the chance to speak with Maria Medina and she's was great!! She even call me to remind me that I have to pay my bill. 🥰🥰

I called to get a quote and the lady who answered the phone Asked how can she help me? As soon as I told her that I wanted a quote, she said ok let me transfer you to someone else because I am really busy right now. I said ok, I waited and then she continues to say no one is answering right now so I think everyone else is busy and so am I really really busy. Why answer the phone if you’re really, really busy. I don’t think I was not important since I was not a current client.

Global insurance is the best insurance company there is! I have been with them for years, and the truly care for each individual. The customer service is exceptional, and welcoming. Global insurance also makes it very convenient for payments and accessibility, for ppl like me on the go! Their hours are the best and like I mentioned the services are perfect.
