This company received a check for property insurance accidentally by my mortgage company(they are being held accountable as well) and has not refunded it yet. This company confirmed that I do not have a policy with them and will refund the funds within 7-10 business days of being notified of the issue, however have yet to refund the money. Please do careful vetting before you work with a company that illegally withholds funds that were not intended for them as this shows the true values of the company.
