This company has been great to me and they have a lady that works there name Janice that is extremely patient and very helpful. So overall I give these guys a thumbs up and I give Janice a 10/10 for her service

Global Guard Insurance did me a solid today and helped me find the most affordable auto insurance and within a timely manner ! Also Sam is amazing! Be sure and ask for him !!

I signed up with Global Guard Insurance for auto coverage at a good price, but they kept pressuring me for months to switch my home insurance to the California Fair Plan, even though I repeatedly declined. Without my approval, they tried to push the policy through my mortgage company, and I had to step in to cancel it. These aggressive and misleading tactics were unacceptable. When my auto policy is up, I’ll be moving to another insurance company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been reaching out for over three weeks to see if I can add additional coverage to my policy. I have emailed twice, called twice and just emailed a third time. I can't even get any type of a response. Janice Ronquillo It's terrible. UPDATE. FUNNY THAT I GET RESPONSE TO THIS WITHIN 2 HOURS, YET I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL OF PHONE CALL BACK AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM. AND WHEN I CALL, THEIR PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS. I'LL BE MOVING MY BUSINESS AS SOON AS I CAN. MAYBE THIS WILL ACTUALLY GET THEM TO CALL ME BACK. HAVE JANICE CHECK HER EMAILS SINCE I JUST EMAILED HER AGAIN TODAY. Second Update (all same day). Apparently you can get a call back if you give a negative google review and reply to their reply telling them to actually call you...

I’ve been having this insurance for years and been in a couple car collisions and other party being at fault and global guard help and guided me and answered all my questions and concerns. And recently my partner got in one and he was at fault and I didn’t know what to do or what to expect. But Tony the agent was so detail on explaining and breaking everything down and help me make a decision on what to do so I would save and make it better so I won’t end up paying more than I’m supposed to. Tony is kind and patience. I would love to have him help me whenever I have an future questions
