I have been with Statefarm for over 45 years and 25 of those years with my Agent Kathy Vinet. Kathy is the most knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, kindest and most pleasant person I could ever ask for. I could probably say ever met, but only spoke to her on occasions. We have gotten to know each other and have become friends. Kathy goes above and beyond to accommodate me in any situation. What an asset to your company! If ever she leaves , WE ARE LEAVING!

I GET EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS FROM STRANGE FEMALES WHO ARE NOT LISTED UNDER MY DATA IN THE STATE FARM PORTAL AS MY INSURANCE CONTACT. HARRIS REFUSES TO PROVIDE REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS TO ME AS AN OLD CRIPPLED WOMAN BY DEMANDING I COPY, PRINT, SIGN AND RETURN THE UNINSURED MOTOR DENIAL FORM WHEN I'VE TOLD HIM REPEATEDLY ABOUT MY RESTRICTIONS INCLUDING NOT BEING ABLE TO WALK, STAND AND ONLY (1) FINGER ABLED FOR TYPING. DUE TO MY BEING SICK AND CRIPPLED I HAVE TRIED BUT I'VE BEEN UNABLE TO CANCEL STATE FARM AND GET ANOTHER CARRIER WITH LOWER PRICES AN
