My son moved to Syracuse, Utah and was needing insurance for his car. I called State Farm, Glen Forbes group and they were super helpful, and answered all of my questions. I was working with Amanda and she did an amazing job getting coverage for his car. She was very friendly and I never felt rushed when talking with her. I love that she took the time to explain everything to me and she explained many ways we could save money on his policy. It is very rare these days to find good customer service and Amanda provided outstanding customer service. Thank you.

I have had the pleasure of working with Amanda. She is professional patient and understanding. She helped me get life insurance, auto, and renter's insurance. Glen Forbes has been my State Farm agent for a few years now. He was the first agent/agency who was able to get me a lower rate than USAA and I've been really happy with the service I've received. I had my first major car accident in 2023 and received a call the next day from Tyler, who typically updates my plan each year, just to check in on me. This was unexpected and very appreciated, during such an overwhelming time. There was one point during the claims process where I was frustrated with the State Farm claims team, and it was SO NICE to be able to call Tyler & Glen to explain what was going on.
