It is my absolute pleasure to highly recommend Wendy M. from Allstate, Bethlehem, for your insurance needs. I've just had the most wonderful experience when I called and spoke to Wendy in order to make some changes to my policy. I called the office this evening, left a message and received a call back from Wendy within 10 minutes. I was really impressed with her fast reply and she was so helpful and understanding of my new situation. Wendy is extremely knowledgeable, addressed all my questions with kindness and compassion, explained everything fully, never made me feel rushed, and guided me through all the options to create the perfect policy to suit my needs. Our agent Wendy is phenomenal. Within a few minutes of emailing her she got on a call with my wife to talk about the next steps for insuring our new house. After going over the entire policy with her she then called me to go over the policy. Even with upgrading to a new house we ended up paying less than before with even more perks!
