I am an adjuster for Progressive Insurance. One of my claims involves one of this Agents customers. Our mutual person is older and struggled with getting a digital payment from Progressive. I made a call to this office and spoke with Zamira who was more than willing to have me send the digital payment to her to assist our mutual person. Update: I saw your response. My current State Farm agent has already sent you my current proof of insurance along with instructions. Despite this, your office continues to refuse processing the refund. Very disappointing experience. Mishandled Cancellation and Unprofessional Communication I canceled my auto policy with Ginny Gould’s State Farm agency effective May 31, 2025, but the office failed to process the cancellation until July 4, 2025 — over a month later. Due to a new State Farm rule that only allows cancellations to be backdated 30 days, I was shorted part of my refund.
