I worked with Lindsey from State Farm's Morton Office . I'm a new customer, and it was a very smooth onboarding experience. It was very clear from the beginning that they not only wanted to make sure we had the right coverage but that we're able to save money. As a husband and father of three, and a primary provider, every dollar counts --- and Lindsey took great care of us. Lindsey did a great job with a recent change request I had for one of my insurance policies. After I emailed her some documentation, she left me know she had received it which is always important as things can get lost. Once the change was made to my policy, she followed up and let me know it had been taken care of without any additional prompting from myself. Thanks Lindsey!!!
