After the most recent "facelift" I have had nothing but issues from this insurance agency. I request changes that never happen then they raise rates and never informed me on my homeowners! It's a shame because they were a great company.

I reached out to Gibson to set me up with a business renters policy and had the best experience. This is my first time having a storefront and I had a lot of questions! Kim Parsons worked with me to find out my exact needs - she was so patient with me (like I said, I had a lot of questions!) and connected me with the coverage that I actually need. Knowing I have a real person that cares about making sure I’ll be taken care of was such a weight off my shoulders. I couldn’t recommend the Gibson team more! Thank you for making what I thought would a confusing process quick and painless!

In 2020 I acquired Villing+Company and needed a wide range go business insurance to cover critical risks associated with publishing content and representing clients in various marketing channels. Gibson was quick to respond to my needs and was able to provide a complete package of coverages that were competitive in the insurance marketplace and covered all aspects of risk. I would highly recommend them as a one-stop shop for all your commercial insurance needs.

I have written a lot good reviews up until this point. This is my first out of many reviews, where I want to warn people of this company and give a bad review. This company needs an accurate reflection of how they operate. They are a lot like a timeshare company. They pitch that businesses need expensive un-needed services, then refuse to cancel the membership when you ask for more than a year. My healthcare company made the mistake of using this company. Do not fall into the Gibson SCAM research before deciding.

Susie is extremely rude . I would never do business here because of her.she doesn't listen at all just talks over you .she does like her job acting like the way she does poor service 😕
