We got home owners insurance through them on our brand new home. It was added into my house Payment. Then they send me a letter 2 months after saying they canceling my insurance. We called our mortgage company and she also got mad with this company. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. No customer service skills and act like they can't do their job.
Lousy customer service. The ogm on the phone says that if the Fido not answer, during normal business hours, they are on the phone already or that they are helping another customer. The sign on the door says that they are “going to the bank and post office.” I’d like to exactly where the bank and post office are. I’ve been in the parking lot for roughly 2 hours during “normal business hours “, and there is no indication that anyone has even been here today. My time is just as valuable as there’s and I am at work during my business hours.
I am being billetes for a service that isn't being provided and I am not getting answers nor return onmy call for over a month
Poor service. Just poor service. Employees don't KNOW their jobs. Had to go somewhere else. Extremely, over charged my 82 year old Mother in law.
The new agent, Jody, she is so nice and friendly to do business with.
