My home and auto rates were cut in half when I came here!! Lori always helps me out in any way she can and answers all my questions. Highly recommend! Call her for all your needs!
These people got a lady named Gayle Turner sitting at the front desk. EVERY time my mom goes to pay her insurance she can speak to her and that lady will NOT open her mouth!!! She will NOT touch the money she always tell my mom to put the money on the counter. She always tell my mom she can’t accept cash unless it was the exact amount, ok understandable! Today my mom went to pay her insurance with the EXACT amount in cash and she told her she can’t accept cash because the “machine” is down! She need to pay with a money order. They have lost a customer, my mom has been with them over 34 years and it’s disgusting and disrespectful as heck to mistreat people like that!!! If I could post without giving a star I would!
I called to get a quote and it goes to an answering service. You have to type in the extension you want. I never got anyone on the phone, it goes yo their voice mail. I want a person not voice mail.
The Emanuel county office has friendly and helpful staff.
Got updated paperwork on house insurance in 1 week.
