They will not pick up the phone you have to call HQ and make sure you have HQ call them before you get transferred. Took over a hour for a simple transferred had to call over 8 times. And it's just this one the other ones will pick the phone right up. You guys really need to get it together
I have been a member of Georgia Farm bureau for a few years and my go to agent has been Jason Cunningham. I will say that he is great at what he does and is always there to answer my questions at anytime. I really appreciate all he does for his customers. I’m a very pleased customer.
