I was member of Georgia Farm Bureau for over 30 years. I filed one Property Insurance Claim in 30 years after my roof was damaged from High winds from a Hurricane. I was denied in getting my roof repaired. More people need to speak up against this crooked Insurance Company!
Totally recommend Daniella Clawson for insurance needs! She has been my agent for years! Answers all my questions and always happy to help do it. Honestly, I have a hard time understanding all the fine details with insurance. Daniella makes the process so much easier and will breakdown the explanation so I can understand what I am paying for. Calling the office there is always a friendly hello as well! It's a great place :) The Farm Bureau membership perks are nice too!
I have paid full coverage insurance for over 8 yrs and never filed any type of claim. I have been in an ordeal for several weeks trying to get my glass replaced. Safelite glass is who GFB uses to do glass claims. Since day 1 of this circus nobody returns calls when they say they will, and I keep having to reach out to them. What have I been paying full coverage for all these years?? I will most definitely be leaving GFB. To say you’re going to call back and do not, says a whole lot.
Carly is the best agent I've had. She really goes the extra mile with her customer care. Great office staff. Never had a problem with this branch.
