“Never had so many issues Trying to close an account. I was told that a death certificate showing the individual was deceased did not matter they would keep his money that he paid a year‘s policy for in his account, meaning in their pocket. Now I will say this I spoke with a woman at the front desk that may not understand the policies, But if that is the policies that shows me that they want the money for their own selves. I will attempt to Resolved this!” ———- Since this review I have spoke with the agent & he was remarkable & very understanding with the situation. I’m giving this establishment a four star would be a five star but the individuals that pick the phone up was not quite business qualified but The agents make up for it tenfold.
Ray is one of the nicest most honest men in our community! Highly recommend!
