Georgia Farm Bureau does not value customers. Do not mistake Georgia Farm Bureau (GFB) for a reliable insurance partner. My experience reveals a company crippled by internal incompetence, protected by management that is aggressively condescending, and ultimately willing to punish the customer for its own catastrophic errors. Four months ago, I did exactly what I was supposed to: I called, confirmed, and added a newly purchased truck to my policy. I paid every single bill I received, believing my coverage was secure. Then, four months later, I find out the system broke. GFB underwent an internal system change shortly after I added the new vehicle, and in the process, they failed to correctly migrate my new truck's data. I’ve had life insurance here for about 2 years now and the staff could not be more helpful. They got me a great affordable policy and made everything so easy. And the receptionist up front is always so nice and helpful if I have to call up there and when she calls to collect me membership every year.
