The front receptionist is always polite and very nice understanding Update as Oct 28 2022 they have gotten shady and over priced on car insurance we had to shop Around ended up finding car insurance for half the price we canceled before it was due and they still sent a prorated bill of 240$ said if we don't pay the bill they will send it to collections even with us being insured else where and canceled was before it was do ps shop around for car insurance only giving 1 stars because the receptionist is a So I got to the bank at 9am today I'm still here so apparently #GeorgiaFarmBureau canceled my home owners without contacting us the payments have always been on time truist pays them from what we pay them monthly farm bureau claims they sent a 35$ membership renewal get this back on April
best insurance company I've ever been with I'm so excited to have them on my team good people as well
Always super nice folks and their prices for home and auto insurance can't be beat.
Helpful and friendly staff that are tucked away just behind the main city square in Jackson. Parking is available directly across the street in front of the City Hall building.
Always there to help when you need them. Been with them over 15 years and have nothing but good things to say about them.
