I had a claim on 12/26. It took 2 weeks for Adjuster to arrive. He had a negative attitude. Told me it wasn’t from my roof. Roof inspection confirmed the leak. Then he sent my claim check to the wrong address after it was confirmed. My house is still half ripped up. Still no claim money and it’s been a month. I’ve paid premiums for 20 years and have been treated so terribly by a company. I’m 64 and on fixed income.
Worst hours of any insurance company. Nothing after hours or weekends. Even the 1-800 number wasn't manned. Local agent is friendly and helpful though and provides the local homegrown service.
I have used Mrs. Johns as my agent for more than a decade. She always goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are taken care of.
