The experience eas the worst I've ever had with any insurance company. You would have thought the accident was my fault by the way they treated me The adjuster who paid my claim was a nightmare and caused me so much undue stress I can't even explain it. Then to add salt to the wounds she called me at 7:00 a.m. yesterday days later after I accepted the check asking me if I still wanted to buy my car back and then telling me I couldn't. When all along she knew I wanted my car back it shouldnt have never been totaled. Miss Jones out of the Macon ,Ga office made my experience horrible, it should have been cleared up before Christmas.
