Office staff is very helpful. Made me feel comfortable about acquiring my insurance. Found me a good rate for homeowners. Then called me back to offer me a plan with a better rate. I was not a number. I felt like these people understand what each person is going through during these troubling times.👍
They refuse to help. They are rude . I totaled my truck over a week ago and i still don't have a rental. Two kids and a job to take care of having to pay everyone for rides here and there . so they get one star in my book
